Package Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and boots are placed back in their original box.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
